I'm Mario Schneider

I've been a part of the property, development and construction industry all of my working life and have experienced most of the processes & procedures required for a project to be successful. Construction is my passion. My technical, practical and managerial abilities have been obtained through the controlled progression of my career, from a building trainee to estimating, contract administration to design & project management, and general management to ownership of a successful construction company. I have been thoroughly trained, practically, academically and phylosophically. I endorse open and honest communication and remain a hands on person that does what he says he will do. A little about Myself

Whether a building, any part(s) of the building, surrounding property and infrastructure, and associated services, I understand the systematic process of delivering a property development and building project. From concept to design, foundations to floor coverings, drainage to lift services, completion to preventative maintenace programmes and repairs.... I know what's required. My core competency is the management and co-ordination of the building process, and includes cost control, risk evaluation, contract management & conflict resolution, people management & productivity optimisation, measuring & estimating and best building practice implementation. I’m a dilligent person that gets the job done. Regardless of the level of service I am engaged for, I remain 100% committed to achieve the desired result.
I have a non-adversarial management style and enjoy a team environment. I communicate with key personnel and stakeholders to consider all available options before implementing the best methodology to achieve productivity and meet cost parameters without compromising the quality of the project or safety of the workplace.
My skill set is broad and includes: Budgeting, Programming, Negotiation, Reporting, Design Review, Procurement, Quality and Time Management, Cost Control, WH&S Management, Resource Allocation & Co-ordination, Progress Claims, Variation, EOT & Delay Claims, Risk Management, Scope of Work Evaluation.....
